Cannot download QRadar CE version

  • 1.  Cannot download QRadar CE version

    Hi,
    I would like to try the CE version of QRadar but when I click the download link "https://developer.ibm.com/qradar/ce/ "

    It goes as though it is going to download something and then just takes me to My IBM dashboard space.If I search for the product it just does the same, an eternal loop.

    Can some one provide me a straight forward link where I can download it please.

    Hi Wendy,

    I've got actually the same problem and was already using the link you provided. Problem is the same, just taken to the my IBM site and the product is not listed after registration for it.

    Hello Wendy,

    I still get asked to sign in and then redirected to my account dashboard.  Once there, no links to get the software?  I'm still stuck?

    Typically, when users go to download QRadar CE, if they pass an export restriction check, then they are taken to the download page. I'm not sure if there is an issue with the export restriction controls, but I'm asking around. 


    It is not expected that users are directed to their My IBM Dashboard, as they should get a download link or an error that states that someone might need to follow up as your region needs to be checked. 

    I'm trying to find more info. If you get a follow-up email or the issue persists, let me know.

    I hope you´re doing well.

    I'm getting the same issue when I tried to download the comunnity edition (a loop into dashboard space) . 

    Is there any recommended workaround to get the download link for CE?

    This issue appears to be intermittent as I mentioned in another thread. I talked to the server team again this morning as my account was still experiencing issues. As I get more info or confirmation of a fix, I will post an update. I'm hope this is resolved, today, but I still see the issue on my test account.

    Yeah, I just got off of a call with development this morning. They fixed the issue over the weekend and resolved the download error. 

    What users see when the system provides a download file.

    Can anybody provide me the correct link to download Qradar CE as i am following the link "https://www.ibm.com/community/qradar/ce/" and getting error?
    "This product is subject to strict US export control laws. Prior to providing access, we must validate whether you are eligible to receive it under an available US export authorization.Your request is being reviewed.Upon completion of this review, you will be contacted if we are able to give access.We apologize for any inconvenience."

    @Sefein Saeed I tried the software link today and I was able to download the software. There might have been a temporary outage. If you continue to experience issues, you can try again or see if they system sends you an email. All software downloads are region checked against US Export laws, so some geographic regions are blocked. 

    I would try again, as the download was successful for me. If you continue to experience issues after 24 hours, update this forum post or at (@) me and I can take a look. Optionally, you can email me jonathan.pechta1@ibm.com and we can discuss over email.
