Hi Team,

We intend to integrate BMC Remedy ITSM platform via REST API. We want to create, read, update and delete tickets from Resilient into BMC Remedy platform.

Is it possible to integrate Resilient with BMC via REST API ?
If possible, how we can achieve this ?

Ankilesh,

You can create an app that contains multiple functions that interact with BMC Remedy ITSM via their REST API.

Hi,

I note from the Remedy APP documentation for SOAR that it states for ITMS Suite 20.x or greater is required.... Do we know if it will work with Remedy with much earlier versions of ITMS Suite? example ver 9.1 or greater... or is 20.x the only version tested?

I looked at our integration and we are using v1 of their API set. So, it's possible that older versions can work. We don't have access to v9.1, unfortunately.
