Accessing the timer value of an incident property from a script?

    Is there any way to access from a script the timer value of an incident property?
    For example, the incident.phase_id tracks how many minutes are spent on a given phase, and that can be viewed in the time tracking widget or accessed trough the API, but is there a variable I can access from the script itself?
