Hi,
has anyone else experienced that the Azure AD User sync function in MaaS360 stopped working recently?
We just noticed that it stopped working for several of our customers on the same day - i.e. April 14th. There was no admin activity on neither Azure AD nor MaaS360 leading to this.
I have already registered a support ticket for this issue, but in addition to solving the issue with as little "pain" as possible, it would be good to understand how/why it happened and hopefully be assured that it will not happen again.
