    My best story is related to the IBM QRadar. I worked on a project and I needed to to some custom configuration (regex matching multiline in payload) and it was not working. I opened a case to ask, if that is possible. After a couple of days, there was an answer that it is not possible, but meantime I was already configured it and made it work.

    Recently I was able to integrate third-party events coming from AWS in a SNS service. It was my first deployment of a cloud solution related to non-standard events collected in the cloud!

    Recently, we deployed QRadar and Resilient on VMs in the IBM Cloud. This is now growing into our IBM Security training and demo platform. The IBM Cloud based demo and training platform enables us to drive business for IBM Security products but also promotes the use of the IBM Cloud resources too. This project was a learning adventure for me, because I had to up-skill myself and learn VMware, ESXi and other firewall protection tools to make the demo & training environment available for many resources around the globe. However, as part of this deployment process, I was able to deepen my experience with QRadar and Resilient by learning about all the infrastructure needed to support these valuable tools.  Sometimes our QRadar and Resilient resources do not get the needed experience to see all the features and functionality of a robust environment. But now, they have a platform that includes much more than is available at client sites and they can up-sell and expand accounts with this new training and demo platform...all while learning about the great features offered with the IBM Cloud too!

    We also recently made VM environments to our Customers and it has been a great success.  We also provide them with some in-house training guides to ensure they get the most of the experience.  We are currently working on expanding the environments with additional security tools.

    M.J. is the special one for my first touching, junior level understanding, and inner side anchor about     security. Now I work in Z security field, hope to continue improve myself as the first day I touched cryptographic express.

    We've recently started using Watson Advisor for QRadar and it's been a massive benefit to our team. It's especially been saving us a huge amount of time in determining the legitimacy of our incidents from a level 1 analyst point of view.
