Device passcode required error while setting up work profile

    Hi,

    My one of the customer is facing an error while setting up work profile for a single device. while setting up the work profile after entering the device passcode for resetting the passcode token getting error "device passcode required to reset the passcode token".

    Does anyone face this issue before? any thoughts?
