Thales has migrated software releases and support information for the IBM Guardium Encryption suite of products (i.e. GDE, GCKM, etc.) from Thales Download server -https://support.vormetric.com/downloads/gde - to the new Thales Support Portal - https://supportportal.thalesgroup.com. IBM customers and Support personnel are asked to register for access to the new portal using the following steps:
After submitting your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary password, which you will be required to change when you log in to the Support Portal for the first time.
Once you have your temporary password, please complete your registration with the following steps:
The Thales Support Portal provides a customized “home” page of Thales product, where you’ll find the latest articles and Downloads focused just on that product. Upon login, you can access the downloads by selecting “My Products” on the toolbar of the home page.
The My Subscriptions page allows you to set your preferences for notification of new and updated knowledge articles related to the products you own. You can choose to receive email updates on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You can also manage individual articles that you have subscribed to.
NOTE: The Create Case link does not function for accounts requiring software downloads.

The use of Guardium Encryption software requires a registration code that can be obtained only by entitled customers and is distributed only via Passport Advantage (PA) - https://www.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/pao_customer.html. If you need to purchase any of the Guardium Encryption products, please contact your IBM Sales Representative.
If you have recently purchased a Guardium Encryption product (i.e. GDE), please login to your PA account to download the enabler package – which, in turn, will provide the registration code. Once you have your registration code, you can go to the download portal site to download the software images:
