Did you know that by keeping your IBM QRadar components up-to-date you can avoid many support cases?

The QRadar environment consists of multiple components that update at different intervals and use various update methods. For example, DSM connectors are updated more frequently than the QRadar core system, and DMS updates can be installed using the QRadar Auto Update feature. QRadar apps also have their own development cycle and can be updated manually or with the help of the QRadar Assistant App.
