IBM Security Verify Directory Integrator is a tool for real time synchronization of repositories of data, with a special focus on identity data, including directories, databases, and operating system repositories.
The product (formerly known as IBM Security Directory Integrator or Tivoli Directory Integrator) has been around for a number of years, but has not seen a major update for quite some time.
IBM is pleased to announce the latest release of the software, IBM Security Verify Directory Integrator v10.0.0.0. This release incorporates a number of updates/enhancements, namely:
- A product rebrand from 'IBM Security Directory Integrator' to 'IBM Security Verify Directory Integrator';
- Numerous security updates, including:
- Eclipse v4.27 (updated from Eclipse v4.2);
- Java v17 (updated from Java v8).
- Simplified installation;
- Platform support updates, including the addition of support for MacOS (both intel and M1 chips);
- Containerization support for the runtime and SCIM.
