We are in the process of rolling out a next generation Trusteer management tool designed to help make life easier for the fraud analysts among you by simplifying and informing risk assessment management. The new tool brings data points from multiple channels into one efficient user interface to help display more alerts in less time. It consolidates multiple risks into one card offering easy navigation and drill down; you allocate each alert by classification and can view all of an alert’s relevant info. All classification flows seamlessly to TMA for report generation.

The tool –developed in response to your “ask” for a better risk classification and management mousetrap –seeks to:

• Make it easier to identify and classify risks
• Improve speed to risk resolution
• Improve risk classification accuracy

And, it’s all win-win: in helping accelerate and fine-tune your feedback to Trusteer, the management tool can help improve Trusteer intelligence by honing its capacity to stay on top of the latest cybercriminal intelligence data. This next generation Trusteer management tool is currently in early adoption -- full rollout is anticipated for early 2020.
