The first thing to notice about the hub is that there are 2 buttons to assist you. The first. “Contact Us” button will connect you with our client success mailbox manned throughout working hours by CSMs from both North American and Europe and we aim for a response within 24 hrs. 

The second button links directly to your portal login page in case you need to login to check something while you are browsing the hub.
