Security Learning Academy: Celebrating 5 Successful Years & 1 Million Enrollments!

The Security Learning Academy went live in October 2017 to provide IBM Security customers and partners with the training needed to successfully deploy, administer, manage and use IBM Security products. Since then, the Security Learning academy has amassed over 2600 courses with over 158K learners.

So far in 2022, we have delivered training to students in 191 countries around the world with a 63% engagement rate. Customers and partners can explore the course catalog and build their own curriculum by enrolling in courses, earning credentials and collecting badges. Our users love the Security Learning Academy and have demonstrated this by generating an NPS >65 and 94% average satisfaction score across our courses.

Courses cover all our security products including, Qradar, Guardium, Verify, QRadar SOAR and MaaS360, as well as cyber security fundamentals such as securing the cloud and systems integration.

This year we are celebrating our 5 year anniversary and we project that we will hit our 1 millionth enrollment the week of Sept 25, 2022.
