Now we can't be all work and no play! Here are some fun facts about the speaker that you can bring along with you to his session.

Fun Fact about Colin Hay:

  • He loves traveling and that inspired me to study languages. He uses an app called Duolingo for this and is currently learning French, Spanish, Italian, and German. He's on a 1404-day streak of at least one lesson a day.

  • He loves beer and makes it a point to try the local breweries whenever he travels. He tracks and rates every unique beer he's ever had and has over 4400 unique beers since he started tracking in 2014.

  • He needs to exercise a lot to counter all the beer so he runs a lot. Has completed several marathons and averages between 800 and 1000 km of total distance per year.
