I would like to see/read/download IBM z17 actual announcement and sales manual documents.

Where can I find them?

The announcement letters can be found at Search z17 - IBM Documentation

There does not appear to be a sales manual page for the 9175 yet.

The best source of info is the Redbooks IBM z17 | IBM Redbooks
