WmAdmin Dasboard Response time is empty

When I navigate to Dashboard > Services, the columns "Success", "Failure" and "Response time (ms)" registers 0 on all services. "Count" and "Last ran" is fine. What would be the reason for this?

Version - 10.15

Good day.

There's an issue with this on top of IS_10.15_Core_Fix20, please log an incident to IBM to get the resolution or you need to wait for IS_10.15_Core_Fix21 to be released which will be fixed by then.
