 White screen after login to spss v31.0.0.0(117)

Hi I am unable to login to the spss after proving login id and password. Could you please help here?

The blank white screen is specifically associated with attempting to run IBM SPSS Statistics Digital from behind a proxy of some kind.  The Statistics Digital login screen is controlled by the 'jcef_helper' process.  Anything that tends to block 'jcef_helper' from executing or communicating with the IBM SPSS License Server (https://spsssub.ibm.com) will tend to produce this behavior.
