Hi Steven, please find this link for free forever edition tenant lifecycle. If you do not use this tenant for 24 hours, it gets shutdown automatically. You need to start the API gateway again.
If you do not perform any transactions in your FFE tenant over a period, you receive an email that prompts you to use the tenant within a specified period. Failure to do so results in the suspension of your account.
If your account is disabled even after the provided time, then you will receive another email stating that your FFE tenant is suspended for a specified period. During suspension, you cannot log in through the App switcher, product URL, or start APIs. Only the Cloud Tenant Administrator can reactivate a suspended account.
If no tenant reactivation request is received within the provided time, the FFE tenant is Deleted. When deleted, the tenant cannot be reactivated.
