Hi Team, We are using ISVG 10.0.1.2 version, and yesterday there was issue came, users are not able to reset password and some are not able to login to Service Center. When checked and found that DB2 database filesystem was full. With help of Unix team, able to remove old database log files and other old files from the system. After that requests were coming to ISVG in out events but not processed. Waited for more than 6 hours and then asked restoration team to restore DB. After successful DB restoration, change password and other requests were successfully processed. Later today in the morning, it was observed that users are deleted from the system. These requests were not triggered by Manager or admin... Can someone help to understand root cause of this issue... also need to know whether restoration of Database can cause user deletion in ISVG system...
