When attempting to manually apply entries to a reference map of maps using the UI application, the value fails to be added and the screen loads continuously until forcing a refresh.
This issue only pertains to a reference map of maps specifically. All other reference data types function as expected.
This was brought up with IBM support, and we went through the following:
- The issue couldn't be found in application extension logs
- The command output /opt/qradar/support/qappmanager revealed no indication of the values being attempted

We stop/started the Reference Data Management application via qappmanager

We cleared the tomcat cache
- Verified that entries could be successfully added via csv and QRadar API
- Checked the HAR file while replicating the issue to see if there was a problem SOAR
- We then reviewed developer tools in network settings while replicating the issue and several errors were returned indicating "downloadable font: no supported format found".
The conclusion from this was that the support engineer believes adding manual entries wasn't originally supported within the app. Is this the case, or maybe there is another issue here?
