I'm sorry you're having difficulty with your account. As Guillermo mentioned, the best option is to create a support ticket which it appears you have already done. Has this been resolved? We do have limited staff due to the holidays but someone should be responding to your support request. If you'd like to tell me the ticket number, I can see if I can find someone to look at it.
Also, if you have an administrator for your account at your company, you could contact them. They could reset your password for you. When you said that the password reset wasn't working I see that it says that the password reset email was sent. Did you check your junk mail? Sometimes junk mail filters will catch our reset emails and sometimes your corporate firewall may not let them through.
