 Unable to login into Apptio frontdoor !!

Hello Team,

While trying to login into Apptio Front door, I'm unable to login after I have logged in once. "Forgot Password" is also not working. 
I'm facing this challenge from about 3 days. I need immediate assistance. The password works while trying to login for the first time. Password reset doesn't work too.

Login Failed

No emails received while trying to reset password

Hi @Srinivasan D, I commented on your support case (00322397) that you were still having issues.  Case details show that the password was reset and they are awaiting customer response.  I would respond to the support case and call in to escalate as well.  https://support.apptio.com/s/contact-us-apptio

Hello, @Srinivasan D.
  • Is yours the only administrator account? If not, can they check your account definition?
  • Can anyone else log in?​
  • You wrote: "The password works while trying to login for the first time." Is this the first time? In a day? That first time, were you able to get to Cost Transparency or any other application?
Your best bet would be opening a ticket with Support, IMHO.

I have tried to login into Apptio for 4 times now. I have tried to access TBM studio and Cost​ Transparency, but after logging out, I'm unable to login into Apptio. I have created a support ticket. I'm unaware of what's happening with my Apptio account.

I'm sorry you're having difficulty with your account.  As Guillermo mentioned, the best option is to create a support ticket which it appears you have already done.  Has this been resolved?  We do have limited staff due to the holidays but someone should be responding to your support request.  If you'd like to tell me the ticket number, I can see if I can find someone to look at it.  

Also, if you have an administrator for your account at your company, you could contact them.  They could reset your password for you.   When you said that the password reset wasn't working I see that it says that the password reset email was sent.  Did you check your junk mail?  Sometimes junk mail filters will catch our reset emails and sometimes your corporate firewall may not let them through.

I have not received any emails from Apptio on password reset (not even in junk). The one with admin account is on vacation. Another important thing to note is that, even after I change my password it works only for one day and I can't use it the next day (frontdoor says incorrect password)
