 Unable to download rpm from aix-toolbox-open-source

Trying to download the curl rpm from https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/aix-toolbox-open-source-software-downloads-alpha.

while clicking the rpm link to download, it will open the rpm package like below not downloading the package, able to view the content the rpm package.
However, if I click the SRPM, i am able to download.
Do we have issue with the website?

There is no issue, at least as of now. Can you check again?
