I am unable to access SPSS Version 30.0. Unable to open zip files and transfer to SPSS.

IBM SPSS Statistics is not distributed by *.zip file.  Are you sure you have a valid copy of the install media?  Here is the Download document for IBM SPSS Statistics 30.0.
