We have a Domain whose DNS is hosted at NSONE.NET and the developer has moved on and never gave us the credentials. We don't know what email/login was used. We need to recover access to our DNS records, can someone please help us regain access or point us to the right person to contact, or support info? Thank you very much.
I Can reach out to support and ask about this to get the official process rolling. What is the domain name and host names that you need information about. I'm sure some sort of ID verification will be needed.
