 UDA-SQL-0432 Unable to locate the gateway "libcogudaor".

When I try to create a new datasource connection in Cognos Administration (12.1) I receive this error message:

UDA-SQL-0432 Unable to locate the gateway "libcogudaor".

 I want connect to an Oracle 19 DB using client 19.24 (64Bit). Any idea what I can do? Thanks

Hi Alexander,

Did you copy the JDBC driver in cognos_location\drivers? Are you able to TNSPING your Oracle database using your client? You might want to be sure that TNS_ADMIN variable includes the correct path to the tnsnames.ora file.
