I am preparing presntation about the new PROTECT option of the TS7700 Copy Export function and i would like to better understand the mechanic of the PROTECT/SafeGuarded function.
Especially I would like to understand (if it is not confidential):
- what are the details of commands, capabilities that are used in the TS7700 and the TS4500 (and drives) ?
- Is TS4500 hidden Logical Libray actually involved in the procedure, if yes is the customer need to define this hidden LL ?
- Is there availe documentation that describe the details of the PROTECT procedure (I already read the current IBM whitepaper Copy Export function)
