 TS3100 tape library on windows 10 iot LTSC 2021

HI,Due to security purpose, we move from windows 10 pro to windows 10 iot LTSC 2021, but it seems something is missing to use our TS3100 tape library.

I  apply same driver as before. Qlogic fiber card is detected, LTO is detected but it seems media changer is not started or not detected.

Does anyone know of any restrictions or missing features  in Windows iot LTSC 2021, regarding IBM tape libraries?

I'm answering myself due to  we found the trouble between the post writing and the post editing.

I confirm there is no restriction to use TS3100 tape library under windows iot LTCS 2021, if you are using the good IBM package...🙄

No need to install some missing Windows services.
