Is there a way to sort this table by Descending order by percent? It is sorting by Cost Descending.

Hi Kim, unfortunately you cannot sort by percent or net change. I would recommend submitting this as a feature enhancement request, so we can monitor and understand how widespread this need is among the other Apptio customers.
