LOG_WARNING MSG(313) MODULE(1) SEV(3) COUNT(1) can't get address info: Address family for hostname not supported
This warning appears on an S-TAP; the STAP is functioning (green status), but it is not capturing traffic.

Hi @Daniel Chinas Vega

I am not professional here, but would recommend to have a look at your S-TAP config if you enabled listening to ipv6. Also check listened hosts for ::1 as it might be disabled in S-TAP config but you are listening to it.

Hi Daniel,

That is a problem in DNS, you can add a real name using a list of hosts (like a host file in windows) and add the server with the name that you need. Use the following command in CLI:

support store hosts <IP address> <fully qualified domain name>
