Hi everyone, can someone help?

I am a PhD student and 2 weeks ago I have downloaded a trial version for SPSS Statistics and it said it is a 14 days trial. After couple of days I have received an email from IBM as a "thank you for registering for the trial, you have now access to the 30 days free trial". The email contained a step-by-step guide how to download the trial etc. Even though I have done all the steps, my version is still the same and it says it expires tomorrow (wich is 14 days after the first download). So, is there any chance to update to the 30 day trial or I misunderstood the email?

Hi @Kristyna Kozakova

You are correct, the IBM SPSS Statistics Digital Trial is valid for 14 days.  I believe the IBM SPSS Modeler Subscription Trial is 30-days.  The Statistics Trial was once 30-days, but has been reduced.  It may be that the "Welcome" email has not been updated.

Could you please copy that email to me here?  I'd like to follow-up and make sure that in future correct information is going out.

I might have figured things out. I have downloaded a "business" version of the trial, not the Stud/Grad-one, could that be the issue? I am sending the requested email anyway. Here it is:

It was sent from ibmcorpmain@ibm.com and was followed by one more email, reminding me to download the trial.

STEP 1: Download trial
Sign in to My IBM Products & Services with your IBM ID and password. Click on the Download button and choose operating system (Windows or Mac).

STEP 2: Run installer
Windows – Right-mouse click, select “Run as administrator”
macOS – Right-mouse click, select “Open”

STEP 3: Start trial
Start SPSS Statistics application and log in using the same IBM ID and password you used to register.
