Anyone can help me because the support team for the ticket I created was no help. I'm supposed to be doing this SPSS trial thing for a class, and I have not been able to gain access to anything to. complete my project that is a grade requirement. Every time I go to start the trial, I put in my information, I log in, and I select continuum. And it gives me a black page with a bunch of different links. like the bottom of the page. and it doesn't let me do anything from there. I go to my profile, and nothing's in my profile, and it gives me an error stating that I don't have any programs, or I don't have access to anything. and that it's being worked on, but it's been doing that for hours. I need to be able to do this for an assignment.

I have the same issues as Janelle Johnson, who wrote her statement on April 17, 2025. My statement is for May 5, 2025. I enrolled on May 4, 2025. I, too, have a University class in Statistics and need to have this dealt with immediately. I have another assignment due in three days, with a new one beginning Thursday.  I do not have a great deal of time for these delays.
