Hello,
I’m having trouble launching IBM SPSS Statistics after authentication.
The authentication process appears to complete successfully in the browser, and I see the message:
“Authentication successful! Redirecting to IBM SPSS Statistics…”
However, the SPSS application does not launch afterward. Even when I click the “Launch IBM SPSS Statistics” button manually, nothing happens.
I have already tried:
- restarting the browser and computer
- using different browsers
- checking browser pop-up/protocol permissions
- launching SPSS directly from the desktop/applications folder
Could anyone help identify what might be causing this issue or suggest a solution?
Environment:
- OS: [Mac Monterey 12.3.1]
- Software: [SPSS Statistics Trial]
- Browser: [Chrome/Safari]
