I received this notification: "Sorry, you have already used an IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription trial on this machine. To use IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription, you will have to purchase a copy. Please visit the IBM Marketplace to review purchasing options."


However, I've never downloaded SPSS on this computer. I've never even downloaded on any machine before. It is the first time I opened an account on IBM.

Hi @Beyza Korkmaz,
Is this still an issue for you?  The IBM SPSS Statistics Digital application tethers itself to IBMid and static properties of the PC where it is installed.  There have been rare instances where one of these static properties has not been unique.  In such a rare instance, you might see this error message by mistake.  The best thing to do in such a case will be to log a licensing case with IBM SPSS Support.
