Observed behavior - SPSS 30 "crashes" upon launch, after attempting to authenticate the license.
Tried the same from locadmin account - application behaves properly.
Tried launching as administrator in Users account - launches properly.
Elevated User to admin and rebooted. Doesn't work.
Uninstalled SPSS and reinstalled in Users new admin-ified account.
Application still does not launch properly. And now "launch as admin" doesn't work.
Suspect there's a licensing component that needs to be reinstalled as well. smilier to https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/425725
