Hey Carlos, awhile back I went down this rabbit hole myself, but CLDY did not provide the ability to build the metric. So I turned to Apptio BI and we were able to achieve it. Essentially, it involved a couple of business metrics in CLDY which were then used to create a calculated metric in Apptio BI.
Admittingly I ran into a few bumps but luckily we have a great TAM who was able to help us solve the issues we encountered. If the metric is for AWS and you have access to Apptio BI, and a TAM you may want to ask your TAM for help. Oherwise, feel free to DM me.
