Layouts are on the roadmap, but likely not before we GA. However, we do currently persist table layout changes (column show/hide, ordering, sort, group, filter settings) across browser sessions on per user basis, for all tables including the Summary page table. Meaning, if a user makes changes to the table layout, those changes remain the next time they come back to the same page/table. A caveat however... while table layout changes are persisted across browser sessions, they are not saved across different devices (desktop, laptop, iPad).
