 RPA recorder does not work

Hello Folks,

Can anyone please help me figure out why I can't use the recorder tool.

I get the following error message when I click record

Hello Ayoub,

This issue could be due to communication cache. 

Navigate to C:\Users\<your_user>\AppData\Local\IBM\RoboticAutomation

[Note: you might required to show hidden files and folder on windows in order to see AppData]

And delete the following folders:

\Cache
\Temp
\Logs

Then reopen the RPA studio, it will rebuild the communication cache
