 Replacement Laptop - How to obtain new lock code authorization

My University employer provided me with a replacement laptop.  I purchased SPSS through the University.  I need to install SPSS on my new laptop.  I  and require a new lock code or authorization code.  My previous authorization code is not working My email is deanna.wall@umail.utah.edu  u6057578@umail.utah.edu

Hi @Deanna Wall

1) If you originally obtained the license from your university, then you should be asking your university about replacing it.

2) The error message above is telling you that the authorization code you are applying is 
   a) not for this product (IBM SPSS Statistics) -- Do you have other SPSS client products installed?  Is this an authorization code for one of them?
or
   b) not for this version (of IBM SPSS Statistics) -- Did you upgrade to a newer version of IBM SPSS Statistics when you upgraded your laptop?  Or perhaps, did your university give you an authorization code for a newer version of IBM SPSS Statistics, but you are installing from older media (and thus an older version?)
