I had access to SPSS a few years ago and used SPSS with statistical analysis for my dissertation. Didn’t open SPSS for a long time. With the kind help from IBM Support Department, I was able to log in SPSS again yesterday. I need to reopen the dataset that I worked with for a fresh study. Unfortunately, when I opened it what I saw was the message that I do not have any product. I am seeking help to access my dataset and start working with SPSS for a few more years. Thank you.
