 QRadar Log Source Management 7.0.12 visual bug

Hello!

I have recently updated the Log Source Management appliacation to 7.0.12, but since then the UI seems to be buggy as visible below:

As you can see, the words "Title", "ButtonText" and "Description" gets added to the options, which is annoying and sometimes makes the options unreadable.

I have already restarted the application and tomcat service as well.

Also ran /opt/qradar/bin/upgrade_applications.py --app_definition_id [DID] command on the application, but that didn't fix the layout either.

We are using 7.5.0 UpdatePackage 10 (Build 20241008193358) with interim fix IF01 applied

Is there any other action I can take to fix this?

Hello Viktor,

sometimes some side-effects like this are browser-cache related. Try to clear your browser-cache and see the result. 

But also using UP13 IF01 i can agree a visual information is missing... The Log Source Management Version is not shown. Usually you can see here the current Version :)

 I assume, that this will be fixed in a future release of Log Source Management App :)

I think we've figured this out. May I ask what locale you are using in QRadar?

The text you are seeing should be getting replaced by localized/translated messages.

In previous versions of the app, if a localized message was not available, we would default to the english localization.

It looks like that functionality was broken in this latest release. So now if you use a locale without a translation available, you will see these untranslated messages.

We're working on a fix for this issue.
