Wise ones - hoping you can help.
I need the Custom Tables & Advanced Statistics Users add on. I'm happy to pay for it.
The problem is that when I go to "Add to plan" to add this onto my Subscription, it is greyed out and does not let me select it. So far I have tried:
- Asking the Chatbot (did not know the answer)
- Opening a case with Product support (but they closed the case saying they could not help)
- Calling the phone number provided (only to speak to the customer service person who informed me that they could not help)
- Sending an email to call@ca.ibm.com with my query (no response)
- Submitted a contact request 6 days ago (however all this does is send me an automated email each day which says that an IBM Sales representative will contact me...and they have not).
Any other suggestions on how I could escalate this to solve this issue? I'm thinking that this really should not be this difficult...
