I filed a ticket as suggested and I was contacted by eCustomer Care. They explained that the issue was that my IBM customer number was not ready in the system. I was told that the customer maintenance team would reach out to ask for missing information on my registration (e.g. name, address VAT), and that that info was needed to continue using the product and to purchase Add Ons.
I replied that I had not been contacted by IBM with regards to this. I provided the requested information to the eCustomer Care team but I was told again to wait to be contacted (I have not been contacted).
I called the Australian phone number for IBM Sales, but it directs to a voice mail. I left a VM with my phone number...but no response.
Do you have any other suggestions on how I may purchase the Add On? I purchased IBS SPSS Statistics more than 2 weeks ago now...
