 Power BI Lab - PostGres conection string not working

Hello. I'm working on the lab in the Exercise Guide [watsonx BI Level 3], and in the section about connecting to PostgreSQL to Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, the connection isn't working.
 
Who can help me with this so I can continue with the lab?
