 Possibility to create a branch from another branch

Is it possible to create a branch from another branch?
It looks a new branch could be created even from another branch which is not Trunk if you open Vervose View in the checkin history.
Are there any problems to create a branch from here?

Thanks for your question.  It is possible to do a branch from a branch but it is not recommended. I followed up on the CE slack channel and they said that while it can be created, you can merge from the new branch back to the trunk so any changes that you make to your branch couldn't be merged back into your project.
