 PBR Recovery Point

Hello All,

I have a question about syncing with a PBR after restarting a partnership.
In SI Pro, after restarting (9:00 AM), I see that the worst recovery point is approximately 11 hours. During the resync, this time increases to about 15 hours.
I would expect the worst recovery time to decrease during the resync. At 12:15 the resync and the recovery time drops to zero.
What am I missing here?
Should I interpret this differently?
 
btw: there are no new writes to the source during the resync.

I've already received clarification. It's actually quite obvious.
11 hours was the time since replication stopped. And when the data was synced again, just after 12 o'clock, it was 15 hours later. Hence worst recovey point.
