Hello , we have established a password change policy in the company. we already have executed the scripts according to Updating the database password - IBM Documentation. Now we are just wondering, when we change the db2fenc1 user password, wether we must change that passworrd in the configuration files for ilmt also and where if needed.

No need for that,db2fenc1 is an kind of internal account used by Db2 to run stored procedures etc.Any ILMT<->DB2 authentication is only conducted by db2inst1 account.
