 Output not showing in SPSS version 29

Hi all.

I am a student writing my dissertation and I am currently using version 29 on Windows. I have been trying to run some basic analysis, but when clicking the "OK" button, nothing appears. No data output is created, nothing. I have tried creating an output data sheet before hand or using the syntax and nothing has changed. I have read a couple posts on here to try and find a solution but none of the proposed solutions are working for me. My OMS was on, so I ran OMSEND. No change. I then tried, SET PRINTBACK LISTING. No change. 

I would be so grateful for any solutions or advice. Thank you. 


Note: I removed OMSEND. as it seems to no longer be the problem.
