Is TRIRIGA App Platform 4.5 (run 'on prem' as an EC2 in AWS) compatible with Oracle RDS? Version Details:TAP v4.5

We use RDS and while 4.5 had showstopper bugs, it works fine with RDS. Why would you go with 4.5 when 5.0.2 is out?
