 New Column Order functionality

Hello,

We just upgraded to Version 12.9.11 and I would like to know how to enable the "Other" Column Order functionality as only ascending and descending were available for selection.

Support column order for tables with pivoted columns

Enables TBMAs to set the desired column order (ascending, descending or customer order) for tables with pivoted columns. In Ad Hoc Component Configuration: Drag a metric into the Columns section (for a column pivot) then right click the metric, then select Order. [ODS-1099]

Hi @Dawn Kassube,

The new feature that was introduced was actually, "Ascending" and "Descending" ordering of columns in a pivot table. 

Previously, you could not control the order of the columns with a rule.  The columns were randomly ordered by report studio and could be manually re-ordered by dragging columns.

The "Custom" order is for display purpose only.  To see the behavior in action, click on Ascending and the columns will sort Ascending.  Now, manually drag a column to a different position.  Returning to the right click menu above, you will see "Custom" is selected.
