Hi all,
I hope all is well and that I am in the right place!
I have been working with a data set with many missing values. I subsequently ran a multiple imputation (5 imputations) and then ran a linear mixed model, which worked perfectly. One issue that I have found is that when graphing the data from the linear mixed model, the graphs that are generated include graphs for 1 - 5 of the imputations but do not include a graph for the pooled findings from the imputation. I usually use the pooled findings from the linear mixed models, so it would be great if someone could help me figure out how to get a pooled data graph. The worst case is that I simply use one of the 5 imputations, but having the pooled, I think, would make the most sense!
Super grateful for all insight and advice :)
Kind regards
Liam
