Hi,

I've created several process flows and saved them to separate workspaces a few weeks ago. However although i can still see the spaces when i click into each of them the process maps have disappeared.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Steve

Thanks for posting. I recommend submitting a support case so our team can take a closer look: https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/createrecord/NewCase?language=en_US

Please include space names and approximate creation dates.

Also, try logging out, clearing your browser cache, or switching browsers in the meantime.

Hey Steve,

Three recommendations for you;

1)  Go to the Community Tab; https://blueworkslive.com/scr/home#!community:community.all find your user name listed and check through the Activity Stream entries to see if you can see the process being created, click through and it should show you the resulting process(es). Whilst you are here, if you can't see the wood for the trees, select the "Followed Items" option on the top left side, this will filter the list down to changes to processes you created (and others have changed) or processes you have followed manually.

2) If you go to one of the spaces where you believe you saved the blueprint diagram, check the activity stream on the left hand panel, you should see it being created and then maybe moved, or archived etc...

3) If you go to one of the spaces at the top of the list under the Filter box, there is a drop down that will say "Active", can you select "Archived"? If so, this will jump to where process map blueprints have been archived in that space and you can restore them by clicking the drop down next to the process name and selecting "Restore"

Good Luck!
