Hi Guys, I have configured the MaaS360 secure mail. But the user is not able to login with his mail id in MaaS360 mail. Any suggestion to make changes in secure mail configuration.

Hi Aman

It could be that the username or email don't correspond to the actual account or the password entered is incorrect. 

Please verify configuration and confirm with user - if this is for one user only then it is limited to an issue with that user. 

If still having issues please raise a Support ticket.
